GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift cards are available for purchase of a value from 15.00 EUR to 500.00 EUR. Gift card is valid for one year from the moment of its purchase, after the expiration date it becomes invalid. The gift card can be used only for purchasing tickets to the events organized by the Latvian National Opera and Ballet.

If you are purchasing tickets online, with the gift card you may cover only the price of the tickets; the purchase transaction fee must be paid using one of the other offered payment methods. The amount of a gift card does not have to be spent in one purchase. The unused amount remains on the card until the expiry date. If the total value of the tickets excedes the value available on the gift card, a surcharge must be covered by another payment method. Gift card is only means of payment, it does not guarantee the possibility to buy tickets for the particular show chosen by the buyer.

In case of loss or theft, the gift card will neither be blocked, nor renewed, and its balance will not be refunded. Purchased gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for money. The customer takes the risk of the simultaneous use of the original gift card and duplicates.
