Gift card

Gift card is valid for one year from the moment of itspurchase, after the expiration date it becomes invalid. The gift card can beused only for purchasing tickets to the events organized bythe Latvian National Opera and Ballet. Gift card is only means of payment,it does not guarantee the possibility to buy tickets for the particular showchosen by the buyer.

The gift card can be used to pay for tickets both at theLNOB box office and online at www.biletes.opera.lv. The specified amount can be used formultiple purchases. The unused amount remains on the card until the expiry date.If the total value of the tickets excedes the value available on the gift card,a surcharge must be covered by another payment method.

In case of loss or theft, the gift card will neither beblocked, nor renewed, and its balance will  not be refunded. Purchasedgift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for money. The customertakes the risk of the simultaneous use of the original gift card andduplicates. 

Gift cards are prohibited from being used for commercialpurposes, such as in advertising or marketing campaigns, without writtenpermission from LNOB.
